Account Security

You must not share your password, PIN, or one-time passcode (OTP) with any third party under any circumstances, including customer support agents — ak444pro support staff will never ask for your password.

You agree to notify ak444pro immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any breach of your login credentials. ak444pro will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain appropriate security of your credentials.

Account Verification (KYC)

ak444pro operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process consistent with responsible platform management. Players may be required to verify their identity, age, and payment method ownership at any point, including before a withdrawal is processed or when unusual account activity is detected. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID, a recent utility bill or bank statement for address verification, and evidence of payment method ownership.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold cannot be processed.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours on business days following successful KYC verification. During periods of high volume, processing may take up to 48 hours.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• ak444pro reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal above ৳50,000.

All promotions are subject to their own specific terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are offered at the sole discretion of ak444pro and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.
• Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before withdrawal of any bonus-derived funds is permitted.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time on a player account. Attempting to claim multiple concurrent bonuses will result in the secondary bonus being voided.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless specific withdrawal conditions have been met as stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• ak444pro reserves the right to reverse any bonus or winnings if it reasonably suspects that the bonus was claimed in bad faith, through exploitation of a technical error, or in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.

Result revisions made after initial settlement due to DLS method application or disciplinary rulings will be reflected in bet settlements.

Casino and Slots

• All casino games on ak444pro — including slots, live dealer tables, and crash games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or provably fair algorithms where applicable.
• In the event of a disconnection during a casino game session, the game outcome is determined by the server-side result at the time of disconnection. ak444pro is not liable for losses resulting from network or device interruptions on the player's side.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts for individual games are displayed within the game interface and are binding. Bets placed outside these limits due to a system error will be voided and stakes returned.

Crash Games (Aviator, Plinko)

• Chargeback Fraud: Initiating a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute after depositing funds and using them for gaming activity.
• Exploitation of Technical Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or other technical malfunctions to gain financial advantage.

ak444pro reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: a breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period, or a request from law enforcement or a regulatory authority.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the ak444pro support team via on-site live chat. Before closure, any remaining verified balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method following standard KYC procedures. Accounts closed voluntarily while a bonus wagering requirement is outstanding will have the associated bonus and bonus-derived winnings voided prior to the final balance calculation.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to restrict their own access for responsible gaming reasons may request a temporary time-out (24 hours to 6 weeks) or a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of confirmation and, once active, cannot be reversed before the expiry of the exclusion period. Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. ak444pro will attempt to notify the account holder by email before applying any dormancy administration fee. The dormancy fee is ৳100 per calendar month and is deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the player logs back in. Players are encouraged to log in periodically and to contact support if they wish to close their account rather than allowing it to become dormant.
